Natural fibers like cotton, wool, silk, or synthetic fibers like polyester, nylon, acrylic etc. are procured as raw material. Quality inspection is done.

Raw fibers are cleaned, carded, combed and spun into yarn using processes like ring spinning, open-end spinning etc. Spinning improves strength and consistency of yarn.

Yarn is knitted into fabrics using knitting machines. Knits have higher elasticity compared to woven fabrics. Common knits are single jersey, pique etc.

Yarns are woven on looms to create fabrics like muslin, satin, twill, corduroy, etc. Weaving involves intersecting warp and weft yarns.

Fabrics are dyed to add colors and prints using methods like direct dyeing, yarn dyeing, printing etc. This enhances aesthetic appeal.

Cut fabric pieces are stitched into garments and other products through sewing operations. Industrial sewing machines are used.

Additional embellishments like embroidery, applique work, beads etc. may be added for decorative finishes.

Final products are properly folded, labelled, tagged and packed for shipment. Quality checks done.
